Tria: Gourmet Eats to Go - take home gourmet dinners

Tria will be retailing our gourmet take home dinner line this March at Mudsharks Coffee Bar in downtown Courtenay, at the corner of 4th Street and Cliffe.  Our take home dinners feature a changing menu highlighting many ingredients from our local growers and producers.

Dinners include our decadent shepherd's pie (not your regular sheppie pie!), a beef and mushroom pie with a creme fraiche crust, our deluxe macaroni and cheese featuring Natural Pasture's cheese, our delicious pork curry and so much more.  If you would like to receive a weekly menu, please e-mail info@triaculinarystudio.ca and we'll add you to the e-mail list.   Keep checking our Facebook page for the most up-to-date menu items.


Full Moon Feasts

The Full Moon Feasts are Tria's signature event and this will be Tria's fourth year hosting the feast. The Feasts are held once a month in the summer time, from June to August.  This year, our feasts will be held at the beautiful Filberg Lodge in Comox www.filberg.com

The Full Moon Feasts feature a changing fixed price menu using local and seasonal products. Reservations and pre-payment are required.

We are happy to accommodate your dietary needs. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary needs at the time of booking in order to allow us to make the necessary arrangements. We cannot guarantee changes can be made at the last minute; the more time you give us, the better we can accommodate you.

 

Tria's Mobile Crêperie:  'T2'

Tria’s mobile crêperie, affectionately named 'T2',  is located at the Comox Valley Farmers’ Market every Saturday from May to September where we feature sweet and savoury crêpes, made-to-order right before your eyes. 

Our crêpes feature ingredients sourced locally and the batter contains a combination of unbleached flour and organic buckwheat flour.  We also have gluten free organic buckwheat crêpes available at the market.  Watch for Tria's crêpe stand at festivals and events around the Comox Valley.
